History Arcadian Healthcare started in 1999, with the assimilation of 4 regional medical equipment providers [Tri State Respiratory, Medicaire Supply Company, Pediatric Homecare Associates and Kenmar Surgical and Oxygen]. Together, we have over 50 years of experience in the home care industry. How and When our services are delivered. Arcadian Healthcare prides itself on providing services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year throughout our entire service area. Our staff, respiratory therapists and service technicians make a special effort to educate patients and their family on the correct use and maintenance of all equipment; including follow-up calls and developing plans of care. Our experienced, multidisciplinary team of health care professionals will work with you and your patients to evaluate their needs and create an individual and integrated home care program. At Arcadian Healthcare, all referrals are handled quickly and efficiently. However in emergency cases, our clinicians and Customer Service Patient Coordinators are trained to triage your patients needs which allows us to provide emergency services through our “Rapid Response” protocols. In these instances, the necessary equipment and personnel can be on-site anywhere in our coverage area in as little as two hours.
